20 tons of aid sent to the north from Shymkent

Currently, efforts are underway to restore the damage caused in some flooded areas of our country. Humanitarian aid continues to be sent from all corners of Kazakhstan to assist the affected population. Kazakhstan citizens, extending a helping hand, are demonstrating unity and solidarity in overcoming difficulties.

On May 14, another humanitarian shipment was sent to the North Kazakhstan region by members of the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family-Demographic Policy under the Akim of Shymkent city.

The 20-ton shipment included all necessary items. Specifically, it contained food, clothing, bedding, diapers, children's clothing, household chemicals, medicines, and building materials. The total value of the collected humanitarian aid exceeds 40 million tenge.

"The catastrophic events in the regions have indeed shocked and saddened us all. At this moment, it is very important to show our national solidarity and unity," noted the members of the Commission on Women's Affairs and Family-Demographic Policy under the Akim of Shymkent, demonstrating an example of strong unity.
