Supported by the National Commission on Women and Family, Demographic Policy under the President of Kazakhstan, the II International Forum "Healthy Generation - Wealth of the Nation" was held at Aktob

Last year, the forum focused on protecting the rights and inviolability of children, but this time we highlighted two main topics: inclusion and addictive behavior.

Modern universities not only provide quality education but also address socially significant issues. Today, as stress, anxiety, and other psychological problems become increasingly common among young people, it is crucial for universities to support and care for the mental health of their students. This is why creating an inclusive environment, where every student feels accepted regardless of their individual characteristics, is so important.

Zhubanov University brought together high-level international and local experts. Renowned psychologists, educators, and social workers presented their successful practices. For instance, Camilla Rollan, a leading specialist and lecturer on inclusive education at SDU University, discussed how to develop an inclusive education strategy and what reasonable adaptations should be made for students with special needs. She also reviewed several case studies with forum participants.

Speakers at the dialogue platform included members of the National Commission on Women and Family, Demographic Policy under the President of Kazakhstan: Sholpan Karinova and Nazym Zhangazinova, psychoanalyst Manuel Martinez, human rights defender and trainer of the European CARe program Gulzhan Amangeldinova, neuropsychologist and founder of the neurocorrection center "Derbes" Ruslan Kazibaev, adaptive physical education and sensory integration specialist, clinical director of the neurocorrection center "Derbes" Sara Kazibaeva, social educator, expert practitioner in creative work with children needing special education Guldendik Erzhanova, and choreographer, project manager for dance projects for children and adults Marina Artykova.

The forum fostered a constructive conversation, where each participant could express themselves and share their working tools.

Zhubanov University extends its gratitude for the support in organizing the forum to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Aktobe Region, the National Commission for Women and Family, Demographic Policy under the President of Kazakhstan, the leadership of education departments, and all other participants.
