"Most remote villages do not have hospitals, and not all residents can constantly travel to the district center. In addition, this year many regions suffered from floods, which created additional difficulties. In the conditions of the medical train, people have an opportunity to get consultation of all specialists on the spot. The train is equipped with the most modern medical equipment, and even small operations are envisaged," said Alfiya Adieva, General Director of Samruk-Kazyna Trust.

The train schedule and full information can be found on the websites sk-trust.kz, medpoezd.kz and on the project pages in social networks.

The project is implemented in cooperation with the National Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Fund for Development of Social Projects "Samruk-Kazyna Trust" on behalf of the group of companies of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
