On May 29, 2025, as part of the "Family – the Foundation of Upbringing" decade, the III International Forum “Healthy Generation – Wealth of the Nation” was held at Kudaibergen Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University.
The forum was organized with the support of the National Commission for Women Affairs, Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event brought together domestic and international scholars, experts in developmental psychology and family relations, representatives of international organizations (UNESCO, ICESCO, UN), as well as officials from government and civil society institutions.
The forum was moderated by the university’s rector, Dr. Laura Karabasova, who emphasized that the event aimed not only to discuss pressing issues, but also to implement practical initiatives.
During the plenary session, Zhuldyzai Iskakova, Deputy Chair of the National Commission, addressed topics such as women’s reproductive health, digital safety, and suicide prevention among youth.
Sholpan Karinova, Secretary of the AMANAT party, highlighted the importance of creating an environment that fosters youth potential.
Key proposals voiced at the forum included:
● Provision of psychological support for students
● Targeted work with at-risk youth
● Adaptation of the educational process to modern-day challenges
● Development of a strategic approach to youth mental health support
