Members of the National Commission for Women's Affairs and Family-Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chairperson of the Mothers' Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Nazipa Idrisovna Shanay, an expert in labor and trade union law, and the General Director of the "Academy of Labour Relations" Bibigul Shakirbaevna Agibaeva, and the head of the public fund "Rukhani Kazyna" Gauhar Koshkarbekovna Tasbergenova, visited the Irgiz district to meet with those affected by the flood and located in the evacuation center.
Also participating in the meeting were the Secretary of the Aktobe Regional Maslikhat Gulkasim Ramazanovna Suyuntaeva, regional maslikhat deputy Kulparshyn Alpysbaevna Aidarkhanova, and the Secretary of the National Commission for Women's Affairs and Family-Demographic Policy under the regional akim Marzhan Nagashbekovna Korganbaeva.
The meeting discussed the current state of residents affected by the flood. In particular, one of the pressing issues is identifying contractors for the construction of new housing. The issue of land in Saryoba, chosen by the majority vote of the residents of Nura village, was also discussed.
Commission members also met with residents at the evacuation center and listened to their needs and concerns. Additionally, with the support of the National Commission members, humanitarian aid from the Kyzylorda region was delivered to the district center and will be distributed to the evacuated residents.
