On June 10, 2024, the ceremonial opening of the "All Ability Camp" sports motivation camp took place in Almaty. The camp was organized by JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" in partnership with the National Commission on Womens and Family ,Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The camp hosted 200 special children and teenagers, along with their parents, from all over Kazakhstan.
The project's goal is to actively engage children and teenagers in sports, facilitate their socialization, and provide psychological support to their parents. During the camp, children with special needs mastered adaptive sports such as boccia, adaptive tennis, adaptive football, cornhole, and archery. Additionally, they participated in various training sessions and games. To motivate and support the children and their parents, specialized sessions were organized by experts.
The opening ceremony was attended by members of the National Commission on Women and Family, Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ombudsman for Children's Rights in Kazakhstan Dinara Zakiyeva, the Akim of Almaty Region Marat Sultanгазиев, Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Serik Sapiyev, as well as renowned athletes and public figures.
